Solar Update - April 2025

There were some really good days in April, I think the hottest April temperature was recorded this month, but there were a couple of very wet days in the middle. However, the generation and export has broken last years record by quite a bit. This year 473 kWh was consumed with 284 kWh exported. This gives us a total of 757 kWh for the month. Our imported totals were 345 kWh. Last year we generated 615 kWh and imported 354 kWh.

We were on our holidays in Disneyland Paris between 22nd and 25th April which showed that the passive energy used by the house is just under 3 kWh per day which is slightly down from the last time we were on holidays in June 2024. That equates to roughly 121 watts per hour.
