It's Christmas - The missing week, part 3

This was another set of posts from the diary. This was added in June 2026.

Wednesday: I took Paula's present to work and headed to her house for dinner after work.

Unfortunately there's no more information on this day. I must have meant to add to it as I had left a space but never did.

Thursday: I was working and Gerard picked me up. We went to Tescos to pick up some drink and picked Margaret up from the hairdressers. Sat for a while. Paula made spaghetti on her own. Gerard went to the pub. I went to bed and was texting Paula for most of the night.

Friday: I was in work until 3 and then went to lunch with Paula and Elaine. We were going to go to the Westenra but it was full so we went to Deery's instead. I got a lift home with Dad and went to mass. Only me and Dad went. Edel arrived home around 12. We watched a bit of The Magnificent 7 but I was falling asleep.

Saturday: (Christmas Day) Ken came over early and brought water. I had breakfast and sat around the house. I played a bit of Rock Band until dinner was ready, it was a really nice dinner too. We opened presents. I mostly got clothes and Paula got me a ticket to Manchester United v Everton in April. I got her the bowls, a phone, and a whisk. I talked to her on the phone for a while and then played Trivial Pursuit (that I won). We played Eye Spy then went to bed.

I have no idea what the game Eye Spy was. I'm thinking it was the Eye Toy for PS2, maybe Eye Toy Play.

Sunday: Wasn't up early and made plans to go out with Paula. She wasn't able to come over so I got a lift out to her house and had a shower and went to Deery's. It was too packed though so we went to the Westenra instead. We met with Ciara and her boyfriend Noel. I was working in the morning though so I had to be sensible and head home. Paula stayed over.
