Solar Update - January 2025
Solar PanelsSolar UpdateStorm Éowyn
An interesting quirk of this month is the presence of Storm Éowyn which knocked out our power from 3.30am on the 24th right up until around 2.30pm on the 1st of February. The way that the Eddi seemed to cope with this was to take the current imported level and just gradually reduce it as the hours went on, presumably waiting on a quick return to power. What this means is the chart as reported by myenergi is very wrong. I've had to adjust the figures to correct it by removing all the entries from 4am on the 24th onwards.
This all means that the totals for this month are short on where they should be but there's not much we can do about that. There was 131kWh consumed with 3.75kWh exported which gives a grand total of 135kWh generated in the month. We imported 463kWh.
